PAYMENTS
Reservations must be accompanied by a $2,500 per person deposit and signed registration form. Second payment of 35% of the balance is due on October 1, 2007. Final payment is due February 1, 2008. Payments are refundable (less $100 per person service fee) through December 31, 2007.
All cancellations must be received in writing by Creative Travel Planners and are subject to the following per person penalties:
· Cancellation on or after Jan.1, 2008: $750.00
· From Feb. 1 to March 1, 2008: $1,000.00
· On or after March 1, 2008: land package refund cannot be guaranteed. Any refund will be based on amounts refunded by our Portuguese suppliers.
RESPONSIBILITY
ABOTA and Creative Travel Planners (CTP) contract for hotel accommodations, transportation, venues, and other services from suppliers that are not subject to their control. ABOTA and CTP cannot, therefore, be liable for any personal injury or property damage or personal loss in conjunction with any service which may occur due to (1) an act or omission of such a supplier, or (2) defects in or failures of any aircraft, vessel, automotive vehicle or other means of transportation that is not under their control, or (3) any circumstances arising as a result of military or political action, terrorism, weather, acts of God, epidemiological events or any other circumstances over which ABOTA and CTP have no control. ABOTA and CTP reserve the right to adjust the US dollar prices without notice to reflect fluctuations in the foreign exchange markets. ABOTA and CTP also reserve the right to alter, change or omit any part of the itinerary as they deem necessary or desirable, and to pass on to participants any expenditures or losses caused by delays or events beyond their control.
Schedules are subject to change. ABOTA and CTP recommend trip cancellation and interruption insurance and will provide information to all registered participants.
