Penha Longa Hotel & Golf Resort (Ritz-Carlton)
Convention package includes 5 nights in Deluxe room (double). Deluxe rooms are approx 420 sq ft with king bed or two doubles and lavish marble bathroom.- Upgrade to Junior Suite @ $650 (total supplement for five nights). Junior suites offer a small sitting area and are approx 500 sq ft, with king bed or two doubles.
- Upgrade to Executive Suite @ $2350 (total supplement for five nights). Executive Suites have 900 sq ft with a seperate sitting room, balcony and king bed.
- Upgrade to Presidential Suite @ $13,000 (total supplement five nights). The Presidential Suite is 1,320 sq ft with a king bed.
Sheraton Porto Hotel & Spa
Convention package includes 4 nights in Deluxe room (double). Deluxe rooms have queen or twin beds (which can be made into king bed) with luxurious marble bathroom- Upgrade to Club Room @ $325 (total supplement for four nights). Club rooms are located on the 10th and 11th floors, with queen or twin beds (convertible to king), private elevator access to Club Lounge which features morning continental breakfast and evening cocktails.
- Upgrade to Junior Suite @ $965 (total supplement for four nights). Junior Suites are located on the 12th floor, with king-size murphy bed, private balcony and Club Lounge access.
- Upgrade to Executive Suite @ $1,375 (total supplement for four nights). Executive Suites have a king bed, seperate parlor and access to Club Lounge.
Reid's Palace (an Orient-Express Hotel)
Convention package includes 4 nights in Superior room (double). Superior rooms are mostly located in the Garden Wing and are approximately 322 sq ft.- Upgrade to Premier Room @ $350 (total supplement four nights). Premier rooms are slightly larger than Superiors, and are (mostly) located in the Garden Wing with a better view over the gardens to the sea.
- Upgrade to Junior Suite @ $1,675 (total supplement four nights). Junior Suites are approx. 400 sq ft, with a sitting area, large balcony, and sea view.
- Upgrade to Superior Suite @ $2,775 (total supplement for four nights). Superior Suites average 510 sq ft, with a seperate living room, large balcony with breathtaking views over the gardens and/or the Bay of Funchal.
- Upgrade to executive suite @ $4,895 (total supplement for four nights). Executive Suites are approx 560 sq ft, located in the main building, and feature a spacious bedroom and a large living room plus kitchenette, luxurious bathroom with Portuguese tiles, large balcony, and magnificent views over the gardens to the atlantic ocean.
